On our way to Huntsville, AL we go through the hometown of Alabama. This town is very proud of these boys. There is a statue for every member of the band and a huge Alabama Museum which I hope to visit one day, just to say I did.
These pictures were taken from the car as we drove through. Adam's family and us stopped here on the way back, but Adam's mom has those pictures on her camera. She got some good shots of everyone posing with the statues.
Early Friday morning we went to get coupons for the Space and Rocket Center, but it was not yet opened so we went to this little park near by to wait. This park happens to be the one where Adam's parents took many strolls during their dating years. It was kind of cool to play there.
James just had tons of fun running around the park. I think this is when he fell and scuffed his knee. I only had neosporian, but I now carry band aids too.
This is such a sweet picture of Daddy and little boy. I loved watching them play together by the pond. It is really nice to see Adam with James. He loves his Daddy very much.
James loves to lead his Daddy off into different directions too. It's funny to watch James grab his Daddy's hand and drag him around the house and pull him down to have Adam sit where ever James desires. He is kind of a picky kid.
We went to the Space and Rocket Center. It was pretty cool. I know my brothers and my dad would have loved it. They have space camp for kids and their parents. Something to look to forward one day.
James was kind of scared of the big marshmallow astronaut, but let's be honest most normal kids would be too. I thought it was funny to see someone in this huge costume trying to walk around without being toppled by kids nor toppling kids over.
James and Adam posing with one of the bazzillion rockets they have. This place is a rocket graveyard, but it is so cool to see how they built all this stuff.
The next day on our way to Adam's uncles house for lunch, James took a nap and boy doesn't he look ready for anything.
Baseball! This is a picture of a former player of baseball who got Lou Gehrig Disease. He got to throw the opening game ball. It was cool.
James got spolied by his GREAT Uncle Stephen. James went off with him and came back with a little stuffed skunck, Homer, which is the Stars Mascot. Later on someone, I think GREAT Uncle Stephen or his GREAT Aunt Karen gave him a baseball. He loves the baseball. He carried it around for a few days and slept with it. I think it is now with his others balls. It probably got there due to me cleaning. He thought his Great Aunts and Uncle were super great. I know they thought he was pretty cool too.
Doesn't he look so happy! I think this was taken on our way home from church. I put my hair sparklers on Adam's ears. Doesn't he look so festive! I think he is cute.
Ok here are a few videos for your enjoyment.
We had so much fun in Huntsville! We can't wait until we can go back. Everyone was so nice and loving. I know Adam and James had a great time too and wished we could have spent more time with everyone. It was hard sometimes because poor James was having a hard time sleeping. He is a lot like me when it comes to sleep. If he doesn't have enough of it no one wants to hang out with either one of us.

I love it! I'll show the videos to Sam and Mak in the morning. They will love them!
James was so cute running around saying "Dada!" He was going fast! I also enjoyed the bird chasing. He must have been so letdown when the bird flew over the water!
