Boucing Baby

Here is a film were James is bouncing. We have one where he got some serious air, but Adam's white legs are in it so he would not let me publish it. Anyway, James is becoming more and more fun. He laughs and smiles all the time except in times of hunger, fatigue, or when he needs changing. He has also cut his first tooth. He is a joy. In a few days maybe tomorrow he gets to meet his other grandparents. My parents are making their way down to my house. Yippie. I miss them so much. I also get to meet my sister for the first time. I am going to soon post a picture of James new look. Look forward to that.

The Park

We took James to the Park a few days ago. It was fun. It is nice to get away for a little while. Right now James is fighting sleep. Good and Bad. I have things to do, but I am waiting for him to go to bed. It might happen it might not. I have been really missing my dad. He hasn't called in a while. He must be busy, but I sure do miss him. I wish we could all go to the family reunion, but maybe next year. We have been just trying to get school done. It is almost done. It has been really nice being with James more. He is a lot of fun. Well I better go and see what I can do to help James sleep.

Water, Baby, and Finals

Saturday was an interesting day. We went to Red Robin, a restaurant, for a friends birthday party and it was definitely a day to remember. We waited like 30-40 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated it took another 15 minutes to get drinks. Everyone order water and the waitress went to give me my water and spilled it, all over me. I was wet from my shoes, all over my bottom, and on my shirt. Just a minute before I had asked Adam if he wanted me to take the baby. I am glad Adam wanted to hold him. I was shocked when the ice cold water spilled all over me. Needless to say we got our meal free. I sat there in my wet clothes so we wouldn't ruin the party. It is good that I was wearing black pants. I wore the babies blanket for the rest of the night, I was cold. The next thing that stunk was Adam and I split a hamburger and it was nasty. I took a bite and Adam ate a third of his. It was very unusual for Adam not to finish his food. I don't think we will go there again. Anyway Friday James received his new jogging stroller from his grandmom. It is a way cool stroller. It handles nicely and is easy to take on the bus. I was really impressed. Thanks grandmom from the three of us. Finals are almost over. I have one more. I had something good happen during one of my finals today. I did not have a chance to finish studying for my Native American Final because I was trying to finish my paper. I had 16 pages done when I had to go to my final. In the middle of my final my teacher announced that he had a paper with our final grades if we didn't want to finish our final. I had a B-. For working and having a child while going to school I think that is a beautiful grade. I took my B- and went to finish my paper. When I turned it in I had 18 1/2 pages out of my 20. I had 20 pages in total with my title page and bibliography. I hope it will due. I am just so tired. i want to be with my little boy. He is getting to be really fun. He needs as much attention as he can get. I love my little boy. I am glad that I will be able to be with him and my husband more often. I hope at least.

This our little family in SLC. We were eating lunch on the lawn at the Temple. It is so nice to go to SLC for General Conference. I thin it is my favorite part of the Conference weekend. I got to be there with m two favorite boys beside my Dad and my brothers. It is nice to have a little family of my own. They make me happy. This past week Adam's mom and sister came out to Utah. It was nice to have them here. Adam really enjoyed them being here. He misses them a lot. Erin, Adam's sister, is coming to BYU in the Fall. I wish we could have shown her around more, but finals are this next week. We had final projects to finish up. It is getting intense. I actually thought I was done with school, but I found out I have to take a French class this Spring. I am not happy. After that class I will be done. I am thinking of taking a sewing class. I have been thinking a lot again about making cloths and designing things like I did before. I don't know we shall see. I might like it so much that I will have to buy my own sewing machine that or I'll hate it. That way I can get the designing thing out of my mind if I am bad at it.

James Can Roll Over

I just thought you would like to share in our enjoyment. This was the third time he rolled over. The first time was a sweet surprise and the second I forgot to press play. Nonetheless this is pretty neat. Enjoy!

We went downtown Provo to do some egg hopping. James held his basket most of the time.

Today we went for a walk downtown. They were having an Easter themed thing down Main Street Provo. They were giving away candy and stuff. We even got to visit with the Easter bunny. The little girl after James freaked out when her mom put her on the bunnies lap. James was so happy. He is such a funny kid. While we were walking down the street I saw one of my Elders. He left the MTC on Wednesday. It was so good to see him.
Easter Sunday is now today. I didn't get a chance to finish my entry yesterday. We had an Easter egg hunt. It was so much fun. I think we ate to much candy though. My tummy is starting to hurt. Anyways today has been a really relaxing day. We had a picnic out in our backyard. James feel asleep. In fact he is waking up right now. Bummer. We were about to take a nap. That's parenthood.

Sunday is my favorite day of the week

Well today was fun day. I love Sundays. It's a day to relax and do nothing. I went to church. I love church. During sacrament meeting James held his bottle for about thirty seconds. It was pretty cool. He is such a cute kid. We dressed him up in his white shirt and his new tie. His Grandmom Paulukaitis sent him a red tie with Mickey Mouse on it. He was very handsome and quite the eye catcher. His dad also wore a red tie. Adam took James to priesthood with him. That was nice too. We take turns every week. He gets to see how both classes are run. I think it is good for him. James is getting really big. he eats a lot. I think our grocery bill is going to get bigger as he gets older. Him and his Uncle Adam can play for the 49ers together someday. I think they might like that. Oh Another reason why I like Sundays is because I got to take a nap. It was nice. All three of us crashed out for at least two hours. I can't remember the last time we did that. Heavenly Father knew we needed a day of rest and a day to rest up for the coming week. =0)
